Case Study in Flower Mound, Texas

A Flower Mound couple decided to put their home on the market.  They realized that this was not the best time to sell the home, but the husband's recent job loss made down sizing a necessity. 

The home is a very nice, 3,000 square foot home with a beautiful front and back yard.

The realtor that took the listing allowed the property to go on the market without having it professionally staged.  The home looked great to live in and was wonderfully decorated.  But, good taste in decor is not the same as making the home market ready with the placement of furnishings and accessories to help buyers visualize their furniture and family in the space. 

This home sat on the market for six months. There were many showings and lots of interest but no offers.  Buyers have so many choices on the market -- your home really must stand out to sell!

The new realtor worked closely with Staged Just In Time, to make the home market ready before putting it back on the market.  Staged Just In Time used most of the home owners furniture.  Furniture was rearranged to accentuate the  best features of the living room, kitchen and bath rooms and a few key pieces we added to  bring out the "Wow" facture when potential buyers enter the home.

This home recieved an offer within two weeks of being put back  on the market.
